Roesthlisberger Is skittish after his accident, so I would have to choose Rex grossman.

Rex is the choice. His confidence is there, and his decisions are sound. Might be the best quarterback to come out of Florida since Steve Spurrier, which makes him the best ever from that school (sorry, Danny Wuerffel!)

Roethlisberger was in the right place at the right time for that Super Bowl run. His health is an issue right now, and in the long-term, I'm not sure he has what it takes. Let's see how he can perform with the pressure of a champion - so far, not so good.

Rivers has incredible command, and has the highest emotion of the three. He also has one heck of a team to play for, as does Grossman. I think he's the strongest physically, and might have the best physical tools, but I'd give the nod to Grossman, for whom the physical, leadership, psychological and momentum-based aspects of the game are all firing at 100 percent right now.

I agree with the guy above me, right now, Grossman is having the best year. But now that the handcuffs are off of Rivers look out. Rivers has the most physical tools and talent, he's just going to get better and better each game. So at the moment: Grossman, but I'm sure I'll regret that by the end of the season.

I agree with bossman. Anyone that said Roethlisberger obviosly stopped watching football after the super bowl last year. Grossman is incredible this year. Sure, the Bears defense is great, but Grossman is challenging McNabb for the MVP on offense at this point. Arizona does not have a very good defense and Grossman like to throw long. This year, he even has Bernard Berrian and Rashied Davis that are catching everything long. Don't be stupid...pick Grossman.

i'm commenting on the astonishing 10 particularly. it form of feels slightly skewed, Donovan McNabb at present should not be 12, and Tavaris Jackson isn't very solid in any respect and does not deserve a beginning pastime in Seattle. Josh Freeman is an particularly promising youthful QB with various skill. Eli Manning is turnover-companies so easily no longer a astonishing-10 quarterback. Matt Ryan has never won a playoff recreation and Roethlisberger is extremely puffed up. Peyton Manning is consistent and could be a confusing wager for selection a million. Aaron Rodgers is the main suitable passer interior the historic previous of the NFL in accordance to his score and he in basic terms took 3 years to get that Favre monkey off his back. Michael Vick is progressing rapidly right into a pocket passer yet he fell aside on the top of the season final 365 days and wasn't able to stay wholesome after the bye week. Drew Brees is extremely precise and intensely consistent 365 days in and 365 days out with a team that he helped get on astonishing. Philip is solid yet his receivers make him look extra suitable than he's. He chokes interior the playoffs and his coach Norv Turner could be long gone in a pair of years.

I would have to go with Roethlisberger on this one. He is a great leader and competitor. He has faced adversity, overcome, and excelled. "Big Ben" has a great desire not only to play football, but to play WITH his team. He's led one of the greatest seasons any team has had (last year, starting out so poorly and beating the highly touted Colts on their run to win it all). He is an incredible decision-maker, but he has one thing the other's do not... a Super Bowl Ring. He knows how to win when they need it.

Rex Grossman is a good choice, but not mine. He has led his team to victory whenever he plays. You can count on him to lead the team, but the real success in Chicago is the defense. They give him short fields and no pressure situations (since they hardly give up points). He has yet to win the "Big Game" so I couldn't choose him over Roethlisberger.

Rivers is a good quarterback, but it is his first year starting. It is hard to judge someone on their first year in the league (i.e.- Aaron Brooks and Shaun King both had great first starting years, but wound up collapsing). He is young and during his test against an incredible defense in Baltimore, he came up short. Rivers has a lot of potential, but still needs to prove himself as a dominant quarterback in the NFL.

Now if I was really a GM for an NFL team, I'd love any of the three, as they all are good QB's. But my preference would be Roethlisberger, Grossman, then Rivers.

Rex Grossman the 2006 NFC MVP. Now that he is healthy is showing us what 2 years of bottled up talent looks like. Go Bears!!

Roethlisberger. He has started slow but that can be expected after the accident and the appindectomy. He may be having an off year, but for the long term, I am going with the guy who won 25 regular season games and a Super Bowl his first two years in the league.

All these guys could be really good next year. This year, I want Grossman. Ben is good but banged up, and Rivers just isn't getting it fast enough.
