does he still have to pay and when he does get employed does he owe my children back pay? keep in mind ,this is someone who has gone on some very elaborate trips and shopping sprees for himself.

He still has to pay. You can file a petition with the court to have an arrest warrant put out. He owes all the money still, but when he starts paying they will only make him pay a little extra each month to get caught up in arrearages. So don't wait go get a petition. If you need help filling it out email me. Ive done it at least 8 different times. If you do that he has to pay or go to jail, he'll more than likely come up with the money and you will get one fat check. Good Luck.
