Not by itself, but it has its usefulness.

You get 10 Elliot Wavers in the same room, and you'll have 10 different interpretations of where you are.

And yet, sometimes it's just clear as a bell, 3 or 5 wave patterns, or an a-b-c correction.

The Fib ratios are certainly applicable.
