He probably made that decision while Monica was under his desk in the oval office! Great job Bill!

Bill thought that Kim Jong Il would abide by the nonproliferation agreement if he just appeased little kim with reactors and money. Kim laughed in his face by using the free money Billy gave him and re-armed his military and enriched uranium. The Dumb a** Clinton policy on N'Korea has turned into a disaster for Asia and the rest of the world.

Not only were they never given any nuclear reactor, the Clinton Adminstration came closer that ANY president has to a peacful settlement with N. Korea, he also left the plans in place. And as they like to do. the neo-cons were just concerened about Oil. Why is it the conservative value to just sling and crap and hope it sticks!

It was Maddie Albright's brilliant idea. She proposed giving nuclear technology to Kim if Kim would promise not to make nuclear weapons. Now we know how that would end up.
It's the Presidency that just keeps on giving. Thank you, Bill Clinton!

Clinton has done a lot of things to harm the future of this country and I am glad you liberals are seeing it now. This is not the time, however, to blame, we need to find a solution for this problem in North Korea and we have the right man in office to do just that!

Because nuclear reactors that are used for power generation are the safest form of electrical generation around, and can't be used to make weapons.

Kimmie sent him six bimbos - four N. Koreans and two kidnapped Japanese.
Bill was so happy that they brought their own kneepads that he sent Kimmie a couple of reactors as a thank you.
This made Kimmie very happy and he and Bill have been best buds ever since!

The way you phrased the question I would think this is more of a statement. I imagine you either have an answer already or just wanted to point the finger at the other side.

We give nuclear reactors and other weapons to just about every country that can afford them...all we care about is money and do not worry about the consequences after...think of as the Wal-mart of Mass Destruction.
