The listings paid for by treasury department of your state are legitimate, and you can access them for cost of paperwork. Those other ones sound like you just won two million dollars, and all we need is thousand dollar processing fee.

you have to go to your states treasurers site, and it will have a link there. I did and got $3.58 !!! from some stock i didnt know i had . Woot! lol.
