It;s the new style of web - which is more customer led - not so much ideas being given out by websites (like newspapers) but where the content is driven entirely by the user - like Yahoo answers ! Yeehay! and You tube, my space, that sort of stuff.

It's used by marketers/ad people to describe where the Web is going. The "New Web" would be a similar term.
