And don't accuse me of being sexist or a wifebeater or anything, I'm saying like if she's fighting him or whatever, just give an opinion, don't be jerks...

Maybe under the same circumstances that a woman would hit a man.Look if a person don't want to get hit then don't hit. It really should work both ways. Both parties should keep their hands off each other. I think any physical abuse from male or female should be stopped at all cost.

If the damage she's gonna do to you is bigger than the damage you'll be doing to her and if you've got no other option. That goes for men too by the way. You don't have to let yourself get beaten up by anyone so if keeping someone at a distance (either verbally, physically or by leaving the scene) is no option you can hit in self-defense. I think you should keep in mind though that you can do much more damage to someone (male or female) who's smaller or weaker than you are.

None. If she's fighting you, then you can press assault charges on her or get a restraining order, etc.. but only if you don't hit her as well. Two wrongs don't make a right. You should be legally permitted to restrain her arms or.. something.. to keep her from hurting you, but I don't know.

It sounds like you need to stay away from her, period. Men get abused, too, and neither sex deserves it. Walk away and take your self-respect with you. Find a gal who won't abuse you. You're worth it, aren't you? Decide that for yourself. She ain't the only fish in the sea. Good luck.

Well, no.
Because a man is stronger, he can't get hurt.
But he can stop blows.
But no hitting.
You could get in trouble, same as if a woman would hit a man and hurt...though that isn't very common...
What i'm saying, is not that you should let women walk all over you, all I mean, is under no circumstances should you hit her.
Defense.
That's what.
=)

I agree with women's equlity and I am a woman. So if a woman want's to be equal to a man, then if a woman slaps a man, the man should be able to slap back. If not in self defense, no man nor woman should ever hit anyone of the opposite sex.

If jail is better than where you are now, or if she hits you hard enough to leave a mark. If she calls the cops, you pretty much gotta prove self defense because the police tend to believe the woman.

If she is a body-builder and he's a wimp and she attacks him. Or if a sly she devil sneaks up on James Bond with a gun or knife, you have to protect your own life. Most of the time it is not that way, though. Most of the time men who hit women are just a.s.s.holes who want to keep women down and under their control by abuse or have serious mental issues that add up to the same thing. I have never attacked a person physically in anger. It's not my nature.

If she's getting ready to pull the trigger of a gun that she has trained on me. I will if I'm fast enough would knock her the **** out. This is theonly scenerio that I can think of where hitting a woman would work.

why allow yourself to get to that point. obviously the relationship is not good if it has gotten to that point. a relationship should be caring and loving not abusive. no one should control anyone but they should respect each other's opinion. if she is fighting him, get away from her and when she comes to talk, tell her you will not accept this behavior and she needs to seek help with the anger or there will no longer be a relationship. easy to say but hard to do. good luck.
