Because they are not really spinoffs but shows with cast members in it.
A true spinoff has to have members of the cast in it in the roles they had while on the show..
So technically there have been no spinoffs.

I think the writing did them all in. They were no where nearly as funny as Seinfeld.

i think of it exchange into in basic terms because of the fact it wasn't friends. i presumed the by-product exchange into somewhat humorous, yet i think of the followers have been hoping for something extra like friends, even though it in basic terms wasn't.
