I was sent mail few days ago,but its not in my inbox.I was told that mail could be in spam box,but where is it

The sender portal is from other country.When I checked it for reason why i didnt received mail - the answer was that mail was sent,but due to some reasons it could be sent to mine spam box.But i dont know where to find such spam box in my mail.Also i was told to contact my server support provider about receiving mails.Can somebody help me with my problem?

Spam box is also the Bulk folder. You may also have your security settings to high. Check in your mail program and change it. Usually it's under "Account", "User Account" or something similiar to that.

Your email program may have a spam blocker, where in Spam is automatically forwarded to a folder in your mail. Look through the folders for such things as "Bulk", or "Spam" or "Junk". If this is not working, check the settings of your program as to the location of the Spam folder and it's name.
