Some people naturally have ivory color instead of pure white, but try using a whitening toothpaste on a daily basis. (It will take a month before you see an obvious difference)
Once every 6 months, treat yourself to one of those whitening kits you buy at a drugstore.
But most importantly, diet and health.
Cut down or even better, cut out coffee, tea and cola. Try to eat little if no sugar, and steer away from food with strong artificial colors (like curries)
If you smoke, cut down, or stop completely. Nicotine stains teeth.
If you clean up you're diet, and use a whitening toothpaste daily, then it should take a month for the stains to disappear, and after 2 months they'll be as white as they can be.

Use the premium whitening strips by Crest ( i think) and brush ur teeth at least twice a day with Baking Soda and Peroxide toothpaste also made by Crest.
Or you can go to the dentist and have them whitened, but it will be alot more expensive.
Stay away from caffeine and cigarettes.

What really works is using Listerine Whitening Mouthwash. I used it before my wedding and my teeth were really white after that!! Also, don't drink soda or coffee or anything that stains your teeth so much. It really makes a difference.

Hydrogen peroxide (a few drops)
Baking soda
Make a paste by combining the two ingredients. Use this paste on your teeth and also gently rub along your gums two times a week.

Go to the dentist and get them bleached...however this process is not usually covered under insurance and can be costly...I just the colgate liquid brush thing and that works great too.
