If you are trying to conduct your own personal injury claim - DON'T (unless you really know what you are doing!). Consult a solicitor!!

You could try JSB - but i'm not sure if it's free.
This is Judicial Studies Board Guidleines that give guidelines on what certain injuries are worth.
If you can't access it over internet your local library is bound to have a copy of the latest edition.
