Ask him what his doubts are and dont try to force things. Tell him that maybe you should slow things down and give him some space to make up his mind. It has only been two months and if he is haing doubts already then maybe he is not the one for you. Dont waste alot of time and effort on a relationship that is not right for you.

He sure have his own reason for doubting. I've in this kind of situation before that I wanted to leave my girlfriend.(For some reason) But after some talk I feel better and get on...

Well you said it its only been two months leave don't give it a second thought. If he's that flacky you don't want to be with him anyway,and the last the you want to be is the clingy girlfriend he couldn't get rid of.
