Look at who you are trying to reason with:
250 years ago conservatives saw no reason to become an independent nation. They were perfectly happy with King George. 150 years ago, conservatives saw no problem with owning slaves. 100 years ago, conservatives saw no reason why women should vote or have an education. 50 years ago, conservatives saw no reason to educate blacks or allow them to drink from the same fountain as whites.
All thru history, it has taken laws to force conservatives to act in a moral manner towards their fellow man. I find it ironic that they call themselves the moral majority. Their morality was forced on them by liberals.

The problem isn't that liberals hate Bush. The problem is that liberals will cut off their nose to spite their face because they hate Bush. Their all consuming Bush hate gets in the way of all logic and reason and it's become more important to them to hate Bush than to, heaven forbid, agree with him once in awhile for the good of our country.

You're assumption is as misguided as it is stupid. Not all Republicans hate Bush - none of them hate the United States.
I am a Republican. I don't always agree with Bush, but I certainly do not hate him. I love the United States as well. I am proud to live in the land of the free and home of the brave. It is a real priviledge to live here!

You mean the classic Hobson's choice "Is it that you hate America or that you don't support our President?" It's almost enough to make an intelligent person laugh.

Ever notice how many of the American people "hating Bush" also evince a strong dislike for their own country? These people are generally known as Blame America First(ers).
It's obvious, out in the open, and available for all to see. What's so hard about acknowledging this fact?

Because Liberals continue to spew there tired diatribe that has been regurgitated over and over for decades. And it all says the same thing.... "We hate our country!"
They spat on the soldiers during the Vietnam war...
They burned the American flag....
They set fire to government buildings.....
They continue to insult and spew slurs at our beloved Conservative Leaders...
All seems good reason to distrust Liberals to me.....
That and the fact that they never ever have any constructive things to say about how they can help this country, or make any situation better. All they can do is try and cry that the Conservatives are bad. No facts to support there claims mind you....Just them crying over and over....

Because Bush represents America, whether you like it or not.
Why do Democrats think hating ANYONE is okay? Isn't that a violation of the Liberal belief system?

It's a protection mechanizm. If you imagine there is nothing about their champion that is worthwhile defending, the next best thing is for them to do is bring into question the loyalties and patriotism of those that so astutely bring to the fore the paucity of thought and action by their leader.
It's an age old trick and the CONs as you know are full of tricks.. hence CON-TRICK.

Because they are going down fast. They're desperate because they cover-up for their Pedophiles and Inside Traders, and don't want the truth to come out. It's called "CORRUPTION." Just before they hit bottom, they will do ANYTHING to bleed the American public.
