my friend's dj 3600 wont quit printing previously pending job despite being turned on and off.. what could be the problem? buffer issues?

if its a buffer issue, how to clear up the buffer manually?!

the printer has been started and restarted and SO HAS THE COMPUTER.. but none of it works...! :(

and i just got some more info:
the printer prints previous jobs IN BETWEEN current ones.. thats weird but thats what i've been told!

remove all *.spl files from your computer. Windows queues it's print jobs in these files (windows/system32/spool/printers)

Turning the printer off wouldn't work. Even for a reasonably fast computer it takes some time to cancel a previous job. If u r in such a hurry then restart the computer.

Unplug the printer and let it sit over night. Make sure the computer does not show any print jobs pending, if it does cancel these.
