Who do i call to argue points on my Ohio driver's license?

Question

I just recently noticed i have 3 points on my license, but have never recieved a sitation or ticket or anything. I believe it came from a crash i had but it was not anyones fault, i just slid on ice. Anywho i first noticed it on a paper from my insurance company, so i called them and they said it was actually on my license and not like a rating from their company. So, Thank You ahead of time.

you can call columbus dmv. they will give you the report and tell you what to do for dispute. i lost the number it starts with 614 area code
