Not the velocity of the wave but the number of waves per unit of time (which is the frequency).

Colors closer to red have a lower frequency and longer wavelength. Colors closer to blue have a higher frequency and shorter wavelength.

No, speed of unimpeded light is constant.

Color of the light that is emitted is related to the wavelength of light, not its velocity.
