imbibition (i.e., drinking) of water and fluids that contain water; eating foods that contain water (fruits, veges); also a by-product of respiration and other metabolic reactions. We breathe in a certain amount of water depending on the atmospheric humidity, but I'm not sure if our bodies use it.

We consume it directly when we drink a glass of water. Other beverages contain water, as do solid food items. Even a banana is 75% water, so we also get water by eating any type of food. We can absorb water from our surroundings, if we are immersed in it, or if it falls on us as rain, because our skin is permeable. But in some parts of the world, water is not in abundance in the environment, and this mechanism does not take place.

It's really simple, we get water in drinks and food. There are no other ways. It is more interesting to know how do we lose water. we lose it: in urine, in feces, by evaporation from our skin and mucous areas, by breathing, by sweating, by using it in chemical reactions in your body. And water for all this you can get only through your mouth, or medically - intravenous (in different solutions).
