Giuliani was an unpopular mayor of New York, a sleazeball who tried to move his girlfriend into the Mayor's mansion while his then-wife still lived there! He was in the wrong place at the right time when 9/11 struck, and for that he's some sort of hero? New York would have rallied around anyone who was mayor at the time; and frankly, that he made New Yorkers "feel better" is of no consequence to me.

Now, once again, he's trotting around the country boosting the electoral chances of Republican candidates. He praises their passive acquiescence in the "War on Terror" while their overall records encompass other issues in undesireable ways. Like that boob Rick Santorum. He also raised money for Ralhp Reed, who was implicated in the Jack Abramoff corruption racket. Why doesn't he just BUTT OUT?

Giuliani has been exploiting 9/11 long enough. It's unseemly, and his glory is undeserved. Time for him to go away, forever.

I think he did an excellent job handling 9/11. The person serving as mayor in a disaster makes a big difference - withess Ray Nagin.

He also cleaned up New York, literally and figuratively. Crime plummeted.

Is Giuliani insinuating that if elected, he will waste much less money ? making an allowance for the grim way forward for our youthful generations, i might recommend that we pick right here: President: Hu Jin Tao {for international kin} Finance: Any scotsman will do. militia: Bin weighted down {in case of conflict the expenditures may be purely for explosives} i don't think of we are able to get the genuine macoy yet ppl with that calibre will do large. God Bless us of a of america and take us out of this cess-pool.

Guiliani was a very popular mayor with NYers who had half a brain way before 9/11/01. He rescued NY from racially devisive good-for-nothing Dinkins. He took a hard line on crime & cleaned up the city.

I actually think he did a lot for the city of NY, and if he decides to run for President, I will probably vote for him....especially if he is up against some of the democrats that are talking about running for President.

No, I'm not tired of him at all. I think he's excellent, and if he runs for president, he has a fighting chance.

If ANY mayor needs to go away, it's Nagin.
