West Ham v Millwall: two 'vehement' areas of the largest city in the country.
Newcastle v Sunderland: local derby in maybe the two most atmospheric grounds in the country, and both clubs are very well supported.
Aston Villa v Birmingham: over the past few seasons, this fixture has earned a reputation for being eventful and downright nasty!

Hull and Leeds has been a pretty naughty derby in the past.
Millwall and Chelsea or Millwall and the hammers.
It's the lower league derbies you've got to see, the police presence is less, what is shouted from the stands translates onto the pitch. And the atmosphere goes to hatred so Millwall again then

Liverpool vs Everton is officially the dirtiest even though the fans call it the peaceful derby it has actually produced more red and yellow cards then any other derby in the prem.

as a celtic fan looking down south the one i look forward to seeing most is liverpool vs man utd having been to a few derbies down south this is the closest one to an old firm game ive seen for passion and simple competition between fans as wel as the players on the pitch and all the hype that comes with it

Manchester United vs Liverpool. Not just the fiercest but also the oldest and the most massive amount of successes between the two teams of all English clubs.

Blackburn V Burnley
Because you can't go into the others town (with the other teams shirt on)
also because when football first started Rovers & bumley players always used to fight on the pitch...
AND, I think it was in the 80's a Rovers player flew over Burnleys stadium with an offensive banner, aimed at them, on it..... now thats a way to gain respect from your fans!
