We doctors are puzzled by that and have to get up to pronounce the patient. It has to do with life force being at low ebb at that time.

I believe we all have circadian rhythms - our bodies have natural daily cycles. Early morning is a low point.

Dont know, but is also usually the time, women go into labour. maybe they are connected.
