I mean sometimes I might have to get up and go to the bathroom like 3 times while we are having sex. Do I have to pee or am I having some tyoe of female ejaculation?

Sounds like female ejaculation to me. Go with it sweetie and try to let it out, don't stop sex to go and try to pee cause that isn't what is going on with your body. You are turned on and ready to blow, just like a guy. And you are one of the lucky few, not every woman can do it. My husband loves it! Your guy probably will too.

sounds like you could ejaculate. talk to your partner and tell him how you feel, and if it's ok if you just stay and go on. this way you can see what happens.

(edit: the urethra is NOT inside the vagina as said on the other answer. the urethra is inside the vulva, but it has an opening that stays over the vagina opening. that means two completely separate holes.)

Since the urethra is actually just inside the vagina, u might be irritating it when u have sex, and that would make u feel like u need to pee.

In your case maybe u really do hafta pee....but I squirt and I know its not pee..it is after my man gets me so hot down there then it just keeps coming out the more he makes me skeet. The fact that he knows how do make me do this is one the main reasons that I can't keep my hands off him....it feels sooooooooooo good....

My GF has said that she has the same sensation when I rub her "G" spot. Not to the extent that she has to get up and go the bathroom. Must have something to do with the nerve stimulation.

Yes that does occur. Since the penis is hitting your bladder while having intercourse, this is a common feeling. Try urinating before sex.
