the simplest is to drink water! or intake water of course. I mean, i think it's the only way we can gain water into the body! We can't absorb water trough our skin, they are water resistant.

any holes in the body can serve as an entry point, like your nostrils when your drowning, your anus and blood vessels when intended to do so.

gaining is different from conserving.. if you want to conserve water already in your system, avoid perspiring, but later you will need to urinate to cleanse your system, so regular intake is really necessary.

By not drinking enough and eating too much salt and processed foods. If you are trying to get rid of water weight then drink more water and eat water-dense foods such as fruit and vegetables. Even try soup but check the sodium content first.

drinkin water is the main source but in all fats and carbohydrates water is produced when they are oxidised during catabolism.(breakdown metabolism) water is a direct way though and you need way much more than we can obtain from foods, so drink lots of water lol
