She lives in a different state, so I know he hasnt seen her, but i dont see why they should be in touch at all. I don't know how intimate the messages are, but his friend told me they are pretty strong. What do i do?

Not only should you be worried you should be pissed off. That is disrespectful to you big time. If he wants to have contact of any kind with his ex then he should make sure that you are secure with it. He could do this by filling you in on their conversations and text messages. If he is not willing to do that then there is a very good reason for it. Don't let anyone disrespect you and make you feel insecure. People treat you the way you allow them to treat you. Don't allow it!!!!

How would his friend know exactly how intimate these messages are? Well It would definatly set off a red flag in my eyes but trust your gut thats about all you can do

Deal with this right away and out in the open. Don't be hostile or blaming, but talk seriously about it with him. This is a very bad sign and you need to be reassured. Otherwise, give this relationship some deep thought. You don't want to be foolish.

You need to confront him.

"You can't have your cake and eat it"

He needs to choose what he wants, it is really disrespectful to you and your relationship.

Confront him and see what he says. And if they are intimate messages, show him the door. Do not allow yourself to be treated like that.

Lay down the law sister!!!! Normally I would say hold on until you get all the facts, but, if his friends are telling you stuff --it's a big deal. Tell him the buck stops here or you are gone!!!

Tell him you know about it, and ask him to stop. You can also contact her and ask her to back off of your relationship. If he does not agree then you will need to find yourself in a healthier relationship. He is destroying your trust and causing you fear. Take care!

If you think your man is cheating....then most likely he is. Find yourself someone who is more respectful of your feelings. Or better yet....just take out your cell phone and start texting your exes.
