Not only are the hands and feet further away from the heart (so is the head, you know), but think in terms of insulation... the layers of fat are not present on the hands and feet as on other parts of the body. The head, however, is warmer because of the nice, thick skull and the covering of hair over that. So, the brain is all tucked in nice and warm. Didn't God do marvelous things in the human body? In fact, didn't He do awesome things here building the whole earth? WOW, it is just impossible to take in His thought processes. Don't you wish you knew it all, too? :)

Because they are farthest from the body. Heat is lost to the outside. The farther the warm blood has to travel, the more heat it will lose to the outside world..IF it's colder outside than the body.

It is because of perspiration and thermal exchange of heat from skin to environment. Our body skin constantly have invisible sweating which is called perspiration. In order to get vaporise it utilizes heat from our skin and skin became cold. that why you get sweating when u are in hot climate.
