Just go into your bosses office and say to him "Listen, i hate it here so im quiting and dont try to stop me!" and then ask for your final paycheck to be mailed to you and take everything that's on your desk and leave.

As tempting as it is, don't burn your bridges. You never know. Plus, like it or not, you will have to put this job on your resume or future job applications to show an employment history. Some of the things you are considering may lead to criminal charges against you. And then forget if it gets in the local news, you'll be a pariah and you won't even be able to get a McJob.
There are some blogs where people gripe about certain companies. Check and see if there's one for the company you work for, or start one a couple of months after you leave the job. That may help express your frustration but be a safer outlet.
I've left jobs and plotted evil things, really. But I'm glad I never did them.

I wouldnt do any of that. Its a small world we all live in. It would be very professional to approach them and say that you found an opportunity elsewhere, you learnt a lot during your stay here, thank everyone and maybe share ur email id to keep in touch. Trust me, every job has its own nuances. The grass always green on the other side. I am sure your current job has taught few things whether they are good or learning to be good from your bad experiences.
Good luck on the new job

I understand your feeling, I've left a few jobs and wanted to blow the place up.
But, if you want to work again, don't do something like the things you mentioned. You want a reference at the very least.
Just tell them point blank while you're leaving. If you do things to destroy, you could end up with a lot more trouble - like prosecution, and you don't want that!

Although the thought of doing that is always so tempting when you hate your job...you may need to use these people as references some day...just write your letter of resignation and move on to your new job.

Why not keep your dignity and just be glad you're out of there?
Also, you may need a reference from them one day.......
