if my bf was angry cuz of i lied about a stupid thing how could i tell him im sorry n i really love him??

i told him that i was in class but i really was chatting with an old friend " i didnt see her for 2 yrs" n i know if i told him that i was with my friend he will be angry for not being with him instead i know that i shuldn't lie .. help me plzz :'(

Just calmly explain to him that you know it looked bad but you didnt tell him cause you were worried that he would react badly. You realize that lying about it made it even worse, but you didnt mean to lie and you are truely sorry. Tell him that you love him and you dont want him to think badly of you, and ask him to forgive you (but dont beg)

Try this, go to a writing and spelling class to learn how to do both correctly then everything should work out fine. Oh, one more thing, if you feel you need to lie to this guy just to see an old friend and if he actually will be angry at you for seeing an old friend then maybe this isnt the guy for you.

If you feel the need to lie to your boyfriend, then it time to re-examine your relationship. And you shouldn't have to make excuses either. Communication and honesty( not lying or manipulation) comes from a mature relationship. You may not like this answer however this is the truth. Feeling secure and having confidence in yourself is another sure sign of maturity. This is such a hard step for people between honesty with themselves & others and not having to manipulate others just to get what they want. Can everyone reading this answer say the same? I don't think so.

He would get angry about you talking to a friend? You don't have to spend every waking moment with your boyfriend. Tell him the truth if he wants to know. He can't tell you who to talk to or hang out with. If he does, he's a control freak. Then you should get out. If he controls who you talk to, who knows how far it will go. It doesn't matter how much you love him. You have to love yourself and have the ability to do what you want to do. If he won't support what you want, you're better off without him. There are plenty of fish in the sea!

I think you should just tell him the truth. He gets mad over something silly like that then he has major problems. But I don't see why you felt the need to lie if it was that innocent. He may feel like you were trying to hide something from him if you lied. Good luck

well. i think if he gets upset cuz u were seein a long lost friend then he has issues. sounds slightly clingy. however, jus keep tellin him that u love him, n u didnt intentionally lie to him, it jus kinda happened? at least u werent cheatin!

if he would have gotten mad that you saw an old girl friend instead of him, then you have more problems then just lying to him about it. you need to figure out your priorities. do you want to stay with some guy that wont even let you see your friends????
