Where can I find sheet like duvet covers similar to those used in hotels in Europe?

We were in Croatia and the hotels there use twin size duvet covers over light weight blankets for sheets on a king size bed. Where can I find this type of duvet cover? This eliminates the need for an extra blanket under a quilt, and allows each person to have their own top sheet
