Im goin 2 India this month wit my mum + dad, but recently heard there is a dengue fever outbreak...
Does anyone know is it in Calcutta or in Bihar?

dengue n chickengunea is in new delhi,tamilnadu,kerala n most of india.

wear full sleevd clothes
always apply mosquito repellnts(full day)
dont stay near stagnant water!
happy stay in indya!

hi it has not currently been detected in kolkotta and bihar, Generally dengue outbreak in india starts around mid may and continues till nov begining it peaks in september. As the temperature goes up dengue subsideses...... but if you can postpone the trip please do..

It has not hit Kolkata, but better check with the Indian Foreign office or embassy of India in your country and then travel.
