i feed my turtle about 1-2 times a day but you would probably want to feed a baby turtle more than that like 3-4 times a day maybe.

I fead mine once a day with as much as it can eat in about 10 minutes. Turtles can eat basically anything we do. When they are young they tend to eat meat more and then move on to veggies. Feed them at least a pellet a day plus other foods because turtles like variety.
