How many here think that the NBC show Heros is progressing way too slowly! I think it should be a two hour show if they want to tell the story of five people in a show. Your thoughts, 10 points to the first person who agrees with me, lol.

Yes I think it is too slow. They should have a 2 hour show to get everyone connected in the same place so the real show can begin; which is the heros against the bad guy thing, and to show how the heros' powers are beginning to show up and be noticed by the public, etc. It gets boring if it moves too slow, just like a book that never seems to get to the plot.

No way. I learned my lesson from LOST. Watched a couple episodes of that and thought, too slow. Had to catch up, around the water cooler, and got totally hooked on it. I guess HEROS is trying to create a basis for the "anything is possible" scenerio. This will be the new hit show above all others this year.

It wouldn't hurt my feelings if it was a 2-hour show; but I think the reason they progress slowly is to whet the audience's appetite; if everything happened all at once, there would be no reason to watch the following week(s). The old adage in the entertainment industry is "always leave'em wanting more." Seems to be working.

Yep! It is kind of a pain to watch in the format they are using. There was so much hype about the show, I was expecting something like x men. A 2 hour show would help explain each character in more detail.

sorry i think it's progressing very nicely.. we have learned new info every episode, always wanting more though too..... do you want it to all be over in a flash or something?
Edit: Why is everyone complaining that it's not enough like XMEN that is the second time I have heard that... it's a different show people with a different perspective if you want XMEN just go watch freakin XMEN !

I love that show, missed the first one though. They are stretching it out (it seems anyway) but I think that's just cuz i wanna know more info. i definitly wanted it to last longer last night, and then when they showed the previews for next week.......i thought it was just down right torture. for some reason this show reminds me of invasion, i don't know why.

Um, there have only been 3 episodes...give it a chance...
Or, you can do what my friends do with Lost...they wait until they go on DVD and watch them all at once. I guess I have the patience to wait every week--it doesn't bother me at all.
