How do I record my every move while playing a PC game?

I look at google video a lot and see videos that random peple have made. The game that I look at the most is World of Warcraft. I would like to know, step by step, how to record my game character's every move while I play.

I understand that i need to use FastCapPro now. I think igot it to record. While I played my name i could see little green numbers at the top left of the screen. So when I was done I hit my hotkey, F9, to stop it. Now how am i supposed to view the video?
