Nope, sorry, no miracle.
They are saying this guy from Fort Worth,
has been going around beating this huge
drum and drawing white arrows all over the
place, saying he can make it rain. Well, it
looks like he did it!!! Now, lets just hope he
did not over do it and Texas starts flooding.
(whoa......I'm having a huge dejavu moment???)
