id love to see my girlfriend in the stockings and suspenders i bought her last year but i've never even seen her in them, she has a beautiful figure and legs to die for. I ordered 2 full sets of lingerie from la senza and they're not tacky in the slightest, infact there very pretty. god id love to get her in to her stockings, even just once! i've tried asking but then im moaning about her not wearing them? im at my wits end!!

I agree that they can be uncomfortable, but only really if you wear them for a whole night. Putting them on for a "special occasion" is actually really good fun and make you feel really sexy and confident.
If you want her to start wearing nice lingerie sets then maybe go shopping with her, and ask her what she likes and start from there. Explain that you don't want to pressure her, but you think she has got a fabulous figure and that she deserves to be treated and allowed to show it off. just start slow i guess with agreed outfits chosen together.
By the way, in my opinion, good call going for La Senza, they do do lovely stuff.

Ask her if she likes them first. She what she says, and if she doesn't like the ones you got her, then as her if she likes stockings in general. Some women find them annoying and uncomfortable. If she just doesn't like the ones you got her try taking her to a lingerie shop so that she can pick out ones that she does like,it might be a fun experience and she can try them on for you in the store if she's feeling it. Maybe she doesn't feel comfortable in what you have chosen.
If you have chosen a size too small then maybe she feels a bit embarrassed. Encourage her to wear something sexy- but don't push the idea of wearing the stockings you have bought her.

She may feel uncomfortable in them. Make it fun and exciting for her. Be sure to tell her how much you enjoyed her wearing them afterwards.
Ask sincerely if there is something you can do for her (not necessarily sexual).

But seriously, stockings are great but legs are better. She's got great legs, you should realise how lucky you are and enjoy every curve of the muscles, knees and ankles - stockings or no stockings!

Take control of the situation.
Tell her that you want to do something special. Make her a nice dinner with wine. Then take her by the hand, and blindfold her.
Lead her into the bedroom. Then, take off all her clothes. Slowly and gently, start dressing her with the lingerie you bought, stroking her body all along.

Sweet-talk her around it. I'm sure that this day and age men can be just as nice and smooth as women can when they want something from the man...Ask her nicely to do it for you, it's not like you are asking something perverted. However, if she still insist then please don't push her into it (but maybe all she needs is to hear you sweet-talk her into it).

Tell her tights are more likely to give her thrush, I told my mum this when I was 13, she then went out and brought me stockings and suspenders!
