When you dread going every day, so much so that you are constantly late. When you don't sleep on Sunday nights dreading the start of the workweek. When you find jobs that pay less money starting to sound attractive. When you are so mentally exhausted at the end of your shift, it's all you can do to drive home. When you spend a good portion of your time away from work bitching about one or more of your co-workers. When you are embarassed to say where you work or what you do for a living or on the flip side, tell everyone how awful the place is. When you begin to think that perhaps they'd be doing you a favor by firing you. Should I go on?

If you wake up every morning and want to go back to bed, you need to seriously look for another job. But my question is why are you looking for another job? Don't you want a career? There is a difference. Career is work you enjoy doing and can't believe you get paid to do it. Job is something you do because you have to or because it pays the bills.

If you are not getting advanced, or a substantial wage increase based on length of employment. If you are highly stressed due to the demands of the job and you find it hard to function in the work place.

If you dred getting up in the morning to go there, if you have found many excuses not to go recently. If you are not challenged, & are being taken advantage of. If you have a new job in your pocket!

When you don't feel challenged, when you dread going to work, or when they won't pay you what you think you deserve.
