JESUSES birthday. Look at the word Christmas and take off the
mas you have CHRIST.So many people do not take this celebration as the reason for the season.

We have all come to remember the Merry Christmas greeting since we were younger but should mean no offense to those who don't celebrate Chrismas. Happy Holidays can also include all the festivities in December when we greet someone so generally, it should not offend anyone. Merry Christmas is what I preferred most. It smell and sound nice to me. So, merry Christmas everyone. Hope you all have a good one this year!

I prefer Merry Christmas, but I see how it can be offensive to people who don't celebrate Christmas for whatever reason so I try to say Happy Holidays!

I like Merry Christmas because it refers to the specific holiday.
