It depends so much on the girl involved and the guys too.
I think the trend these days is going away from false breasts. They were big (!) for a while, but I think that the trend is going far more towards keeping natural.
Personally, I think natural is best. Small is just as hot as big. But every guy is different.
I think the decision should also consider why exactly you want to do it, what you do for a living, how satisfied you are with your body image, how you believe that that will change if you have the operation. Also you have to consider how you may be treated differently if you have the operation.

Well it depends.
On a one night stand - silicon is the way to go. You can beat those babies until they're sore and not give a crap. It's a one nighter.
If it's a girl you care about - natural. No matter how small or sloppy or saggy - natural is best for the long haul.
And yes, silicon breasts can be used for breast feeding - provided the plastic surgeon doesn't screw up the boob-job.

I prefer all real, but remember boob jobs are more about what's in the head rather than what's on the chest. I don't like the "type" of woman who would get a boob job, in most cases.
On the other hand.....
My friend has a wife thats real thin and in great shape, unfortunatly a size A. She had them inflated to a full B and I must say not bad. I think in the above example I would prefer the boob job.

Yes silicon is perferd in this day and age. The surgeons have come very close to perfection, but the natural ones look good to.

yes you can still breast feed with falsies, however, go with saline and not silicone (slaine is safer) and guys just like boobs..i dont think it matters if they're real or not. If you're looking into getiing implants, please do it for yourself because YOU want them, not for some guy. There can be side effects to any operation and is any guy really worth that?

I prefer the real thing over fake. Fake are nice to look at but that's about it. However; I don't believe that they interfere with breastfeeding. As long as your not an A cup and look like a little boy you do not need implants.

Original of course...and besides, you should be looking for guys that have a better appreciation for girls.
The best part of you is in your head, and heart...not hanging off your chest...not between your legs. If you have a guy that can't understand that, then you need to keep looking.

natural are best. they wont burst like the fake ones, and this can cause serious problems when considering the starting of a family. if your guy doesn't like your real ones, even though they're small, flick him.
