Yes you can book a train ticket for enrout stations on a single form for different trains provided you break your journey enrout and commence your journey from that station by different train.
(break journey rule for minimum kms. applicable). In such case, you have to purchase the ticket for last destination.

I guess this is no more done. You have to book ( and pay ) from point to point. Earlier , there was a concept of break of journey (for every 500 km) and through tickets and charging for the entire distance rather than the broken pieces. But now you have to book seprately.

There is a concept of round trip booking. You might want to explore it. Its ideal for sightseeing and toruists.

no. the form does not allow for different trains, only return journeys.
