ok........your put on probation for a felony burglary.....you have 1 yr. left on probation, but you have a new misdemeanor charge that your not going to go to court for either. which I know that one is just a failure to appear warrant. I'm just not sure of the probation end of it. what if you dont drive and you wont drive the rest of your life. how will they get you if you have no police contact?

Will you apply for a job? They are now doing background checks regularly. They're probably not hiring you with outstanding warrants (and may turn you in).

Do you have insurance (or plan on using it)? If you make a claim on any medical plan, they will check your background, and probably notify police of your whereabouts.

If you can live on little, odd jobs, and get by without needing major medical care, you'll probably not have a problem. That's a big "if", though.

Edit: I wouldn't think it would happen for just doctor's visit, but a claim against a policy. They have to establish your identity. That could include a background check. If you didn't come up with a credible background at your present address, they will want to see previous addresses (if you fake it, they'll question your information when that doesn't come up with any history).

Well, a good comparison would be stopping an antibiotics regiment early when you have TB. What happens? You wind up sicker than ever and no medication will help you.

All you're doing is compounding a problem that could have been taken care of completely if you had followed the rules.

They will issue a warrant for your arrest. When you are arrested your probation will be revoked and you can be sentenced to the entirety of the underlying sentence. There is no good time for the time you spent on probation.

Depends on what you are on probation for as to how hard they will hunt you down.
