Somehow include the following in your resume


1) Strong herd mentality

2) Little to no ability of independant thought

3) Will always agree with company policy even if it is ridiculous

4) Will always have a scapegoat ready in case of failure and have no moral objections to taking credit if it works.

5) I promise not to understand too much of how things really work round here

Start at the bottom and work your way up, I gues. But then again, every other person today is called a manager, so I'm sure u'll find something. It only takes one person to give you a chance. Good luck!

Yep, you have to start at the bottom, learn the business and the way the company does things. Sales is about the only thing I know of that you can jump to the top just by doing things better.

sometimes you can't always start as the manager. just get a job and work your way up.
