Drinking: 18+
Driving: Depends on what you mean. If you mean driving on full license then at youngest is about 20
Smoking: 18+ to buy
Sex: Depends on ages of individuals and what gender they are
It is an offence in New South Wales to engage in sexual intercourse with a person under the age of 16 {s66C} or attempt such an offence {s66d}. Further it is an offence to engage in sexual intercourse with a person under the age of 18 if that person is under the care of the offender {s73} (Guardian, teacher etc). Drinking is 18.
You have to be 18 to buy cigarettes, but the rule is if someone looks younger than 25 they will ask you for ID.
