Drive through Ontario to Niagara Falls, NY.
Take the New York Thruway to Massachusetts Turnpike.
If you are going to Boston take the turnpike all the way.
Be prepared to get lost in Boston because the city is not set up in a block pattern. It goes as the cows use to go back in the 1600's.
If you do not want to go to Boston then take Interstate 290 through Worcester to Interstate 495 to Interstate 95 and go through New Hampshire to the Maine turnpike and follow it to New Brunswick.
If I knew exactly where you wanted to go I could give you better directions.
P.S. I live in Massachusetts.

OK, dumb question - Why the strange route? Anyway, NY thru way to Mass pike. 495 north to 95. Take 95 up to route 9 in Maine. Route 9 to rt 3/1 to the Canadian border.
