I freeze them for Christmas..then refreeze for next year.

Your answer to your question is exactly why I make sure there are NO left over turkey pieces. Gives me the chills just thinking about the weeks of turkey sandwiches,turkey salad ,turkey soup,more turkey sandwiches turkey turkey turkey twice a year is enough for me thank you

I make sculptures with them. But I like your idea of turkey popsicles! A good way to get the kids to eat.

I make turkey sandwiches for a couple of days, then give the rest to my dogs.

Left overs and to the dogs minus the bones. I usually boil the remaining meat off.

hmm. i eat the left overs that whole week after thanksgiving. i make sandwiches or eat the turkey by itself. yeah...i like cookin fresh food for christmas...

I make casseroles, add to salads, make sandwiches, with other side dishes.It's all good.
