A healthier diet, vitamins and minerals which include iron if you have a need for it, getting enough sleep, reducing stress in your life. Getting new interests in your life, there is nothing like a new love (if your not attached) to give you energy.

Coffee, tea, anything with caffeine in small doses every couple of hours. None 4 hours before bedtime though. More exercise. You'll be tired in the beginning, but after about a month of it you'll get an energy jump! Make sure you're getting at least 7 hours of sleep at night. Some
people really need up to 12, but it's just not realistic in this age. Take a 15-20 minute nap, no longer or else you'll be even more tired. Hope that helps!

The one sure way is to start an exercise program, all the other stuff, juices etc forget it, of course you need to eat right and get rid of the diet cola's and stuff like that juice or water.

Try Tahitian Noni juice. Works great. You can drink a small glass of it everyday. You'll feel great. Go to local healthfood store and find it.

sleep enough but not too much, avoid caffiene, drink lots of water, eat proper foods, have light meals and snacks inbetween and exercise regularily!
