I'll love and concern her family and herself. Offering myself to her because I'll knew she miss sex for a long time but she dare not. Can I have a good answer to this problem, please ?

The girl must have some self respect. Little rules like 'Don't screw dumb asses.'
What makes you think you're doing her this big favor by offering to sleep with her? You can't even assemble an intelligent sentence.
The good answer you seek is this:
Intelligent people want to be with other intelligent people. Upgrade yourself, learn something new, like spelling, grammar, and a basic grasp of the English language. If you want her to consider your 'offer', you must have something to offer. Can you hold an intelligent conversation with her and her family? Doesn't sound like it from what we've seen here.

When you offer yourself for sex, women look at it as though you are offering yourself TO sex. It is a delicate matter. Just because she has not had sex for a long time and may even miss it does not mean that she needs your pity or arrogance. You may not have meant it that way but that is how SHE may have taken it, again I say delicate matter. Good luck with her. In the future maybe you should not discuss that type of thing with a woman and just lean in and see what reaction you get. Then you can apologize if she rejects it, but NO discussion about why she might need it. It will work better for you, I promise.....!

Just because you will love and show concern to her family and herself doesnt mean she has to oblige to have sex with you.
Give her the security and assurance. Prove your love and concern to her and the family. Propose and marry her. Do you know that sex after marriage is more meaningful than sex before marriage.
Perhaps she was dumped by a man after submitting herself to him that makes her afraid.

seems time is not right or you've over estimated the relationship.

sex is not everything in a committed relationship. its just a tiny part of relationship if the partner is a mature one with a family to care for.

Girls don't want just sex. When you're single, you have to pretend you do, because if lads think you want more then you won't get any. I suspect she turned you down because she thinks you're only after one thing.
