DSA has formulated the first liquid deodrant made from the deodrant stone. Contains no oils, alcohol, or chemical addititves for the consumer who prefers the convenience of a spray over a solid. Free of oil (oil stains your clothes), alcohol (burns and irritates), perfumes (causes allergic reactions), chemicals (harm the earth), emulsifiers (clogs your pores) or propellants (damage the ozone). Helps rid of all body odors and as fresh as the ocean breeze.100% Pure & Natural • Hypo-Allergenic • Talc Free • Non Staining • Non Aerosol • Unscented • Doctor Recommended • NO Aluminum Chlorhydrate ....... so if you remove all the no's /non's than you will see that deodrants are made of all this stuff. And in case you are interested in the deo i am talking about its is Thai Crystal Mist - Spray

The main indigents in a deodorant are:
If it is a liquid, deodorant.
Water with preservative/alcohol. Alcohol helps dry the application faster, and disinfects the skin.
Alum, or equal chemical compound, it closes the pours in the skin so the perspiration does not houses out.
Perfume.
If it is a powder kind then no water, talc or powered starch is used.
If it is a solid Stick.
Very little water- with compatible binder(Glue) to hold the stick together. Main ingredient is a powder of some kind.
If it is Cream.
Water to get consistency with preservative, in some cases vanishing cream to replace water.

Ethanol, propylene glycol, fragrance, butane, propane, water, bha.
Note that manufacurers will always list the main ingredient first. If you check the list above you'll see that ethanol is the first ingredient listed, meaning that it makes up the bulk of the product. Ethanol is a type of alcohol, but so are the rest of the ingredients excluding water and bha. Deodorant is mainly alcohol with a small percentage of water. Of course it depends which brand you're dealing with but most deodorants have this composition
