ps. i jz had a mutual rel. with his classmate but soon ended it coz it might make him think i dont like him...

One way is to test to see how he feels about you romantically. Change your behavior into "flirting mode". Be nice to him over the phone, IM or emails. In person, you should be well groomed, let him catch you giving him "looks of interest". Smile and pay extra attention to him (offering sodas, snacks etc). Move in close and let him see and smell how nice you are. Give him occasional little touches on places like the arms, shoulders or back. He should notice the step-up in your interest towards him and take it from there. If neccessay make it clearer by asking something like "what do you think is a good movie to go see", after he tells you, then say "I would love to go see that" (that's his big chance). By his reactions to your flirting, you'll know how he feels and how to proceed.
