No dictators, but my dad's girlfriend looks like Condoleezza Rice.

When my dad was in the police force he once got a complaint saying he looked like a "fidel castro like fellow with a beard, cigar and shot gun over his shoulder" lol. I'm told he did not have a shotgun but he does look a little bit castro like.
Also some one who used to live near me looks like the ultimate dictator - George W Bush. Poor little fella went nuts in the end lol.
Btw the first bits true the second bit may be the incey winceyest made up lol
