Their vaunted discipline in pushing President Bush's agenda despite a sliver-thin majority has crumbled as nervous lawmakers approach what could be another historic Election Day.

What do you think?

No. America is ready for a change. Historically The Republicans look outside of the US borders and as a result Domestic affairs go out of whack. When the Democrates are in office Foreign policy goes out of whack. Republican party is good for the military. Democrates are good for Social Welfare.

Prof Shiraz is trying to be a jerk, but I actually think he is probably correct.

First, this is the sort of environment that Karl Rove was conceived to manipulate and thrive in.

Second, with all of the negatives that everyone sees in the Conservatives we are still only talking about fifteen seats that even the most Liberal pundit thinks is 'in play,'

Third, I am the biggest Liberal out there and even I don't know what we stand for any more.

Fourth, Conservatives WILL vote even if they have to hold their noises with both hands and punch the cards out with their ... but Liberals will always find a reason to stay home. Dislike of Conservatives and what they are doing to the country is simply not enough of a reason to take responsibility for trying to make the country better.

It is sad, but sadly it is probably correct.

They'll keep the Senate and lose the House. Historic? In what way? Not even Clinton could keep the Congress the same party.

I really don't think it matters. Republican and Democrat are very similar; even though they try to make like each politition is better than the next. I like straight forward people who say the truth.

For the sake of this country and the world, one can only pray they do maintain control.

The Dems have gone into a deep and corrupt moonbat lunacy, and are not to be trusted with any power.
