If the "asker" doesn't want you to have it, you are not supposed to be able to get it. When we set up an account in Yahoo Ask, we indicate whether or not we will accept e-mails. In a better world, I would have been glad to have a back-and-forth with someone if I thought I could be of help, but given the way things are today, and judging by some of the silly questions asked here, I have opted to receive messages without having my e-mail address shown.

you won't be able to try this. consumers settle on what point of privateness/availability to have on the positioning. somebody who enables neither IM nor e mail does no longer p.c. to be bothered by different consumers. Please recognize that.
