Actually it may take some software to completely clear all the websites that have visited. Unless, I do not suspect, that you are a geek.. You can clear your history on your browser by going to tools. But to totally clear everything, you have to go into your internet registry and delete certain specific files. Delte the wrong ones and you are toast. Don't delete the right ones, and a geek could open those files and read your whereabouts

On your Internet explorer window click (on your top left) Tools.
Then click Internet options. Another little window will pop up. There you'll see a few buttons where you can delete cookies, files and clear history. Its as easy as that

Or you can click the start menu go to programs then accessories. Find system tools then click on disk clean up. This little program clear up any useless crap on your hard drive like Internet history and much more.

On Internet explorer, goto the toolbar and select Tools - > Internet Options.

Press Clear history
Press Delete Files
Press Delete Cookies.

But due to a bug in IE that may not work all the time!! Use Firefox instead! :-)

Depends upon your provider, but there is usually a fascility available so that when you log back on you can not see what you looked at yesterday from the drop down.

Yahoo monitors its users. You will need to turn this function off. I can not remember how to do this.

You will also want to empty your temporary internet files in your Windows folder, as well as clearing out your cookies.

click settings change the amount of disk space to use to 1mb
click ok
